We understand that sometimes mistakes happen, which is why we offer refunds on purchases only under certain circumstances.
If the item you purchased was the wrong size, arrived damaged or defective, never arrived, or you simply changed your mind, we will gladly offer a refund or return request within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
1. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
2. The item must have all original tags and labels attached.
3. You must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
If you meet these conditions and would like to request a refund, please contact our customer service team at support@santeswimwear.com to initiate the refund process.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including international shipping costs. All returns must be sent to our return facility in Australia unless otherwise advised.
EU customers exercising their right of withdrawal are responsible for return shipping costs to Australia.
For any self-inflicted damages to the product after purchase, SANTE Swimwear will not be held liable. Therefore no replacement will be given.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment.
