We understand that sometimes mistakes happen, which is why we offer refunds on purchases only under certain circumstances.

If the item you purchased was the wrong size, had some sort of issue or damage, or never arrived at all, we will gladly issue a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

1. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

2. The item must have all original tags and labels attached.

3. You must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

If you meet these conditions and would like to request a refund, please contact our customer service team at support@santeswimwear.com to initiate the refund process. Please note that shipping and handling of a return are incurred by the customer, not SANTE Swimwear.

IMPORTANT NOTES

We currently do not offer refunds for simply changing your mind about a purchase or for any other reason not listed above. We strive to be fair and transparent with our refund policy to ensure that both you, our valued customer, and our business are protected.

For any self-inflicted damages to the product after purchase, SANTE Swimwear will not be held liable. Therefore no replacement will be given.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment.
