How To Measure Your Waist:

To measure your natural waistline, wrap the measuring tape around the middle of your waist, which is usually around the same level as your belly button or just above it.

The measuring tape should fit closely around the body without squeezing in any way.

Because the waistband is elasticized, you have the flexibility to switch between sizes based on your preferred fit. For instance, if your waist measures 32 inches, you could opt for a medium or large based on how you like your shorts to fit. It is advised to measure your waist and compare them with the model's fit before making a purchase. If you are uncertain between two sizes, we suggest going up a size.
