HOW DO I DETERMINE MY SIZE?

Our sizing chart can be seen here to help you accurately measure and determine your size.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES SANTE ACCEPT?

Currently we accept Credit Card Payments, AfterPay, Klarna, PayPal & ShopPay.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY SWIMWEAR IF THEY DON'T FIT?

Currently return or exchange are only accepted if the item you purchased was the wrong size sent by our supplier, had some sort of issue or damage, or never arrived at all.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, amendments to your order cannot be made after the order has been placed.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order is shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number. If you did not receive this email, please email support@santeswimwear.com 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ENTER THE INCORRECT ADDRESS?

If you accidentally entered the wrong address in your order, we are able to make adjustments within 12 hours of placing the order. Please email us at support@santeswimwear.com so we can urgently correct it for you.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY DUTIES AND TAXES ON TOP OF MY ORDER?

You may be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.

Please be aware that SANTE Swimwear does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.  

Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by SANTE Swimwear, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.

    WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVE IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?

    We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at support@santeswimwear.com so we can urgently review the matter for you. Please include photo evidence of the issue so we can further assist.
